         InnoCentive Accelerates Expansion into Fast-Growing
                     Scientific Community in India

      InnoCentive Partners with the Indian Institute of Chemical
            Engineers (IIChE) at IndiaChem 2002 Conference

InnoCentive(TM) today announced a partnership with the Indian
Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) at the IndiaChem 2002
conference. InnoCentive provides an online forum that allows
world-class scientists and innovation-driven companies to collaborate
in a global scientific community to solve difficult R&D problems.
