17/12/2009 16:42 | Isn't the problem here that losing one modest contract has changed IEN from a growth company to a non growth company, at least for the time being. Forecast is now for 1.2m pretax. Tax that at a normal 30% and you have 800k post tax. Put that on a reasonable PE of 8 for a non growth story and you have a market cap of only 6.4m vs current market valuation of 13.5m. Unless they have some good news it looks like it could drift much lower.... | britishb |
