                                     Trading Update


InTechnology plc issues the following trading update following the end of the
third quarter ended 31 December 2004:


Revenues and trading volumes in our UK Specialist Distribution business have
performed in line with our expectations.  However, we have witnessed increased
margin pressure at the end of the third quarter of our financial year.  If this
trend continues through the fourth quarter, management expects that group
operating profits for the year to March 2005 will be below current expectations.


Our Managed Services business continues to win contracts in line with our
expectations, although we have witnessed some delays to the implementation of
new contracts.  The division continues to have an attractive pipeline of future
prospects.


Management intends to provide a further update on trading for the twelve months
ending 31 March 2005 in April.
