                                    Trading Update



The Board of InTechnology, the United Kingdom's leading provider of data storage
solutions, announces that it will meet market expectations for the 12 months to
31 March 2002.

Commenting, Peter Wilkinson, InTechnology's CEO, said:

"Despite tough market conditions the Company is on track and we are delighted
with customers' acceptance of our online data services, as well as the increased
level of orders and enquiries.

"We remain confident that the Company's acceleration in growth will continue
through the new financial year."

InTechnology will announce its Preliminary results in mid June.
