             InTechnology PLC Secures £6 million in New Contracts

InTechnology, the UK's leading provider of data storage solutions, is pleased to
announce that it has won a number of new contracts through its ODS (Online Data
Services) Division for VBAK and VBAK Plus its automated, secure back up and
archiving products.

The contracts, worth a total of £6 million over the next three years, are with a
number of large corporates including the Heritage Lottery Fund, Newsplayer
International Limited, Teather and Greenwood Holdings plc, Porsche (UK) and IMG
(UK).

Commenting, Peter Wilkinson, InTechnology's CEO, said:

"There is a growing realisation that the protection of company data is critical
to corporate stability and consequently more and more businesses are investing
heavily in secure data back up and retrieval.  These deals illustrate that
leading corporates recognise the high level of security and performance that the
VBAK suite of products offer."

It is expected that further contract wins will be announced in the coming
months.
