                               Board Appointment





5 June 2006 - The Board of InTechnology plc, a leading provider of data storage
and security solutions, announces that Mark Lower, the Managing Director of its
recently launched Managed Voice Services division, has been appointed to the
Board of InTechnology with effect from 23 May.



Mr. Lower joins from next generation telecommunications company Evoxus, where he
was CEO.  Under Lower's management, Evoxus, a spin off from BT, grew from #3m to
#20m in turnover in 3 years.  He previously worked at BT for 22 years, leaving
the company as Commercial & New Business Director at BT Wholesale.



Peter Wilkinson, CEO at InTechnology, commented: "There is a huge and expanding
market for managed IP voice services and we have the right background and
customer proposition to build a leading position.  With Mark's pedigree and his
expertise in this area we are confident of making this venture a success and we
