                                 Board changes

The Board of InTechnology plc announces that John Swingewood, Chief Technical
Officer, has resigned as a Board director, with immediate effect, to pursue
other interests.  John will continue to act as an advisor to the company on a
part time-basis.

David Jason Firth has been appointed as Chief Technical Officer and Board
Director with immediate effect.  David has had no other directorships in the
last 5 years.
