          Capital Reduction and Cancellation of Deferred Share Capital


InTechnology, the voice and data Managed Services provider announces the
approval by the High Court of the reduction of its share premium account and
cancellation of its deferred share capital.

The Tender Offer remains conditional upon the Repurchase Agreement becoming
unconditional. If this condition is not satisfied, the Tender Offer will be
void. On satisfaction of this condition, the Tender Offer will occur on 28
January 2008.

Delisting

The Delisting will take place on 1 February 2008 regardless of whether the
condition set out above has been satisfied.
