RNS Number:2252V InTechnology PLC 5 December 2000 INTECHNOLOGY PLC JOE MCNALLY, CHAIRMAN OF COMPAQ COMPUTER LTD, UK AND IRELAND, APPOINTED NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR InTechnology plc, ("InTechnology") the data technology services company, announces the appointment of Joe McNally, Chairman of Compaq Computer Ltd, UK and Ireland, as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Joe McNally (aged 58) founded Compaq UK and Ireland in 1984 and as managing director, he successfully developed the first Compaq subsidiary outside the US to generate #1 billion of sales. He was appointed Chairman of Compaq UK and Ireland in July 2000. Prior to founding Compaq UK and Ireland, Joe was Chief Executive Designate of FMC Harris plc, from 1979 to 1983. He is currently the non-Executive Chairman of Woodgrange Technologies Limited, Dublin. Lord Parkinson, Chairman, InTechnology plc, said: "Joe McNally brings a wealth of knowledge to InTechnology.
