InTechnology plc (the "Company")

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to the
Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of 101,589 ordinary shares of 1p each.

The shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to
the rules of the Company's Share Option Scheme. It is expected that dealing
will commence on Tuesday 22 May 2001.
