28/2/2006 15:48 | due a trading update here i think. it has been extremely quiet on the share price movement of late | empirestate
07/2/2006 12:28 | ..A random wealthy gambler | thailand43
07/2/2006 12:00 | pb It's a decent sum to punt with, given the continuing lack of update. My only worry is that nunja is a wealthy gambler who for some reason objected in colourful language to being cast as a receiver of insider info! | thailand43
07/2/2006 10:57 | The proximity of the timing of the trades leads me to think that they are somehow linked. Also, given the illiquidity of ITO, independent open market trades of that size would - I venture - cause some movement in the share price Anyone know why nunja's post was removed? | pbracken

07/2/2006 00:43 | 2 trades yesterday at 1542: 150K buy @ 30.5 = UKP 45,750 100K buy @ 30.5 = UKP 30,500 I guess if we were cynical we might hope that this represents the first indication that insider pre-notification is out that positive news is on the horizon... | thailand43
27/1/2006 01:21 | There are quite a few artivles out there but pretty much all based on this release | thailand43
26/1/2006 18:08 | Thanks for your comments thailand - it's been a bit of a desert island here for a while... I agree with your comments re Wilkinson, as you might have gathered - which is why I am slightly surprised how few investors have taken advantage of the current weakness in the share price Could you provide me with the sun microsystems links by any chance? I was a bit concerned when I heard about the loss of the BT contract, but gather it was worth sod all anyway. | pbracken
26/1/2006 15:35 | pbracken Well done with your lonely furrow. I think that ITO is a potential rocket stock. A little bit of good news and favourable press comment could see this racing north. For some reason that I don't understand, the company seems to have lost it's communication skills despite having bought in a new financial pr not long ago. That is a worry but.. The company is in a leading edge sector with it's managed storage offering and a tasty target for telcos/ IT outsourcing providers wanting to kick start their presence in the sector with existing clients and infrastructure. Wilkinson is a proven entrepreneur- he's taken a beaten recently on the Gadget Shop case. He's taken strong action following the profit warnings. I think that he would have thrown all the bad news plus a cushion into the previous statements. I've read very interesting storage product/ services announced by Sun Microsystems with ITO as the sole independent distributors. On todays' fall I keep seeing it on many socks- mm's walking the price down on no volume and racing it up at the first sign of buyers. I'm positive. | thailand43
26/1/2006 09:47 | Why today's fall - seems odd on (as yet) very small volume. Also, inconsistent with recent performance in the wider sector. Trading update is due - normally before end Jan, which means at latest tomorrow... | pbracken
19/1/2006 08:09 | A promising update from computacenter might bode well for ITO. Also, MOR showing significant strength. | pbracken
06/1/2006 11:13 | Still ploughing a lonely furrow...market update due this month. I've taken the plunge in advance of some positive remarks about managed services and perhaps a new strategy with regard to the loss-making european division. An improvement in sales and margins within distribution would be the icing on the cake! | pbracken
23/11/2005 16:32 | perhaps, analyzer, but it won't last (the interest, were there any). Wilkinson owes shareholders - and more than anyone he must be aware that he can kiss goodbye to his reputation if he disappoints next year. Somehow, I don't think he will. | pbracken
21/11/2005 07:42 | I wonder if the rumoured bid interest in CCC will help these shares ? There has been a lot of consolidation in the distribution game (C2000/Azlan) | analyzer
12/10/2005 14:25 | No one much interested in this stock I see but if anyone is interested the word on the floor of Storage Expo at Olympia (where ITO do not appear to be exhibiting) this morning was that Intechnology are "up for sale". cwally | cwally
01/10/2005 12:06 | Any thoughts on whether the job cuts, which I understand included parts of the sales force, will hinder revenue growth? t | tomrob
05/8/2005 07:48 | Well I wasn't tempted after the MOR results - and thank goodness too. Another profit warning (albeit a sort of mild one) will see these shares back in the doldrums for a while yet. I still think there is value in this company and will await with interest the trading and restructuring update at the end of August. If Wilkinson can give assurances on the continued success and profitability of managed services, and of revenue growth across the business as a whole (which may offset the margin pressures in Distribution)then 2006 may be the year ITO finally turns the corner.... | pbracken
20/7/2005 11:20 | ITO looking very tempting again - after the strong update from MOR, and its underperformance relative to the wider market. With Wilkie back in the driving seat who'd bet against a strong H1 and 60-70p share price? | pbracken
17/6/2005 08:39 | Clearly a buyer snapped them up - notice ITO has ticked up again this morning. MOR also beginning to establish an upward trend line. | pbracken
16/6/2005 16:04 | 2 sell trades of over half a million shares and the price goes up by half a point. Is there anyone out there who can explain that one? | stopaloss
10/6/2005 17:20 | pb Yes, by the skin of my teeth. I was waiting for the next price move, glad it was north otherwise I would have definitely been out. Agree with you on the re-rating now. Apparently there was an article in todays Yorkshire Post, haven't seen it but Peter Wilkinson was quite bullish. Would help some more if there was some positive comment in one of the nationals. | stopaloss
09/6/2005 09:05 | Well, market seems to like the news - though in fairness they had taken ITO far, far too low. I suspect we will see a gentle re-rating of the stock over the coming months. ITO now has to be one of the more exciting recovery plays on the LSE. Are you still in Stop? | pbracken
21/4/2005 12:06 | OK, thanks pb. Want to stay in if possible but my 20% stoploss is at 42p and I get an itchy SELL key finger when the price gets around there. share price won't be helped by Computacenter's profits warning. | stopaloss |
