Cannes Update & Strategic Relationship

Intandem Films plc (AIM: IFM), the London based international film group, is pleased to announce that following the recent Cannes Film Festival it has now achieved film sales of US$1.95 million, generating commission revenue of US$ 272,725 which is expected to be received by the end of 2014.

In addition, the Company has commenced international sales (all territories except the USA) for "America" which is expected to become the 6(th) largest documentary of all time and has become the biggest documentary in 2014 after only 4 weeks. America has taken over US$13 million at the US Box Office so far.

Intandem is also delighted to announce a strategic relationship with three highly experienced film executives Mick Southworth, ex Head of Film 4, Martin McCabe, a renowned industry expert with a particular knowledge of film libraries, and Nick MacCahearty, a film editor who will be responsible for deliveries of Intandem's films to distribution companies. The relationship will allow Mick, Martin and Nick to introduce distribution companies and new projects to Intandem in return for a share of commission earned.

The producer and director of Red Billabong have confirmed an official start date for shooting of 25 August 2014 which triggers a US$20,000 advance against marketing costs.

Commenting Robert Mitchell, CEO of Intandem, said:

"Whilst the Company's financial position remains difficult, as previously disclosed, we are nonetheless very pleased with the results from the Cannes Film Festival. In addition, I am delighted to have secured a strategic relationship with Mick and his colleagues as they will add a further dimension to our offering".
