INTANDEM FILMS PLC

AGM Statement
At the Annual General Meeting of Intandem Films, the London based international film group, being held later today at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ, CEO Robert Mitchell will make the following statement:
"Having recently announced that the Company will now trade as Intandem Media Group comprising three divisions: Manifest Film Sales Ltd, JJ Distribution and Bold Ink, we continue to drive the business forward and look towards next week's European Film Market ('EFM') in Berlin with great optimism.
"In Berlin we plan to focus on sales for Gagarin: First in Space, Vendetta and Believe in addition to introducing Assassin, Red Billabong, and Top Dog. We are very much focused on further developing our sales pipeline to maximise potential for revenue growth throughout the year.
"With a view to continuing to develop our slate we are delighted that Red Billabong, to which we are engaged as sales agent for all territories outside Australia, has recently gone into production. Second Origin and Reign of the General are expected to start filming at the end of February. We are also working hard on growing the number of films on our slate, which has risen from nine in June 2013 to 22 including Evil Nature and Any Which Way They Come, and as of today, eight of which are fully funded.
"The recently announced share options scheme was put in place as a means of incentivising our staff as part of our ambitious growth plans. As we further develop and grow our slate of films we are fully focussed on achieving the goals set as part of the options package. Our portfolio includes a growing number of fully financed films which are rapidly progressing towards production - as such, we look forward to providing a post-EFM update in due course."
