It's great to hear that they intend to make four to five acquisitions a year, and at relatively low multiples from an ageing competitor base.

INSE have a very good track record regarding their many acquisitions to date, with the larger ones perhaps being amongst the best. If cash flows are good then a little debt is fine - that's what the markets are for after all, and frankly the less dilution to shareholders the better.

Why?, the aquisitions have not done much for the sp, I'm all for growing the business but debt could start to weigh heavily here at this rate of spend.

Existing bank borrowing was circa £24m at the half year, and they maintain a positive cashflow, so this provides them with plenty of headroom for further acquisitions.

Clearly management is on the ball and en route to continued growth.

Good news this morning re new loan facility agreements, in particular that these are on "enhanced pricing terms" - i.e cheaper:

Looks like more acquisitions are on the way too:

"to provide further headroom to support the continued acceleration of the Group's growth and acquisition strategy"

So what happened to Blackrock then? They were listed as a 5.68% shareholder on the INSE site with 40.5m shares as of 14th May, but currently (as of 14th August) they're not listed. There hasn't been a holdings notice from them that I've seen.

You will all have the chance to ask management personally...

Just to let shareholders and potential investors in Inspired Energy know that the management team will be presenting on the second day of the two day Mello London investor conference in Chiswick London W4 on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th November and there will be an opportunity to take part in a Q&A at the end of each presentation. These are just a few of the companies taking part...

There will also be lots of quality keynote speakers, panel sessions and round table discussions looking at investment strategies & portfolio diversification plus sessions on.... How does a market maker work your share trades? What is undertaken in a company audit? What is hidden on the dark web? & how can retail investors get access to placings?

If you would like to join the thousand investors at the event you can gain 30% discount on your ticket by entering the code ADVFN30 when you purchase your ticket.

Impossible to know unless it is subsequently shown on the INSE website. She has either completely sold out or reduced her holding to less than 3% which makes it non-disclosable.

does the recent RNS confirm Janet has sold out completely - or just that non-disclosable means it is below 5%? (or does that confirm below 3%)

RNS - Gresham House have been buying some of those shares. They now have over 14%, with 101.5m shares:

Their last disclosure was in December, so they've bought over 27m shares since then.

We still have Matthew Thornton to sell his holding, pretty sure he will be following suit.

Yep, good to see Thornton down to zero - more RNS's to come no doubt.

Brucie5, the analyst price target is 25p. I think that's a fair and actually quite conservative target, but certainly 20p should be the minimum achievable in short order imho as a first stage.

Wow - 57.5m shares traded today at 15p. Perhaps more to be reported as the other sides of the trades?

Hopefully this is the clearance of the (Thornton?) overhang. Ready to light the blue touch paper now (insert your own cliche!)....

Interesting to find out who picked them up. Since those Sells constituted 8% of the shares in issue, we should see an RNS next week.
