Hi PJ1. The latest forecasts from Panmure are 0.91p EPS this year and 1.12p EPS next year (with 0.28p and 0.33p dividends).

I'd expect them to be increased post-acquisition.

Missed this news yesterday, but looks like another good move and the market certainly seems to like it. Very nice chart over the last couple of hours as well as over a rather longer timeframe.

glaws- Not that I can find. earlier this year I contacted the Co (on more than one occasion) to try and get them in front of more PI's. They did not seem interested. Maybe you could also contact them (and anyone else), to put some pressure on?

Indeed...though the share price is still pretty low when looking at the fundamentals.

Excellent acquisition which should be nicely earnings-enhancing next year. Forecasts will have to be increased from the current 1.12p EPS consensus.

Sounds a bit of a game-changer; excellent. In retrospect, the recent chart action suggests someone knew this was coming!

Should the market like today's news, it will also bring in technical buyers as a major breakout seems inevitable.
