07/6/2007 06:06 | 2006 Annual report is now on the website. | jonwig
06/6/2007 06:21 | peter ... it's happened here before after placings, huge sells of 100k or more at a time, simply absorbed by ready buyers. I think the three big dips in the chart might be connected, but they proved to be a further buying opportunity. | jonwig
05/6/2007 19:53 | hardly being dumped. conversion price is 180. as i'm in for the long term, I don't think this is an issue. | honiton
05/6/2007 19:39 | i wonder what will happen when all them new shares are dumped on to the market? | petersmith6

05/6/2007 08:28 | Note on current trading at the end of the RNS: Inspicio is trading on budget and all parts of the group are progressing as expected. The group is trading in line with the Directors' expectations for the current financial year. In particular, the turnaround of Inspectorate is on track to meet the expectations of the Directors as outlined in the admission document at the time of its acquisition in 2005. As reported in the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006, the acquisitions of ESGL and Eclipse in 2006 have been successfully integrated into the group. | jonwig
05/6/2007 06:29 | Interesting acquisition here, Scientifics Limited, for £22m. I thought we'd given up on these for the time being. At least it's not an enormous one but it could be a significant one. Website: This will be the 'Marwyn' referred to: Nice Logo - beats the 2012 Olympics effort... | jonwig
05/6/2007 06:23 | um. getting a bit serious this one. acquisition should be OK. | honiton
26/5/2007 16:52 | jonwig I only had a passing interest in DRM knowing some of the guys there. I wouldn't dreaming of investing until price hit at least 20p - which I doubt it ever will. | honiton
25/5/2007 15:14 | Honiton, hi. No, never heard of NORK. I see it's doing well though. Incidentally, I see you've posted on the DRM thread, but apparently don't hold. I held DRM 'from the off' as soon as it reversed into Meon Capital, at around 11p. Their initial projections included all sorts of stuff about future sales, but when they produced the first set of reults (a year ago) there was absolutely no mention of current product sales. Technically this was OK, as the period referred to was pre-acquisition. But all my analysis was geared to knowing the current turnover, with some ideas of future numbers. Why were they so coy? We know now! So, having smelled a rat, I exited at around 16p. I haven't re-posted there, as no-one likes a wise-guy, but I'd advise caution on that one. | jonwig
25/5/2007 12:07 | jonwig cheers. currently kicking myself for not buying BBI but pleased I sold TRY. Any views on NORK? Is this your sector/expertise? | honiton
25/5/2007 11:31 | 21 June last year, Honiton, and the Annual report was available on the website at about this time. The 2006 AR isn't 'up' yet. | jonwig
25/5/2007 10:21 | I think the AGM is soon. Haven't been able to find details from web site(s). Yet. | honiton
19/5/2007 05:59 | there is no apparant reason to sell this share. this is one of my best performers since April 2006. just keep on holding and adding to the holding now and then. | honiton
18/5/2007 11:37 | An increase from 6,506,500, 7.06%: ...funds managed by Cycladic Capital LLP currently has an interest in 7,985,136 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Inspicio, representing approximately 9.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. | jonwig
17/5/2007 11:45 | Reducing exposure from commercial property (REITs don't seem to have had a big impact) and moving into services & IT. | honiton
13/5/2007 18:11 | jonwig stating the bloomin obvious isn't it? a lot of business may be hit by US$ weakness. | honiton
12/5/2007 18:09 | ITRK Trading Statement yesterday included relevant points: Global trade and other trends that drive our business remain robust and trading in the current year has started well and in line with expectations. However, the weakness in the US dollar against sterling will mean that growth in reported revenue and profit will be lower than the growth shown at constant exchange rates. | jonwig
09/5/2007 12:55 | absolutely. XCH looks interesting. no ramp intended DYOR. | honiton
09/5/2007 11:08 | Hi Honiton. Yes, Tesco has been an excellent investment. For the most part, I don't buy individual large-cap shares, as they are so well-researched already - instead I use Investment Trusts for these: about 2/3 of my portfolio has been in Alliance Trust for the past twenty years! The attraction of smaller-caps is that they are often below the radar of City researchers, and one can often snap up stock before the market notices. | jonwig
08/5/2007 16:06 | Oh well. No need to sell INP. Just like TESCO really. Over 3years 6 months I have more than doubled my money in Tescos. So boring as well? but then you can't complain at that kind of return. where did I get this tip from. The difficulty finding a spot in their carpark vis. Asda or Sainsbury's. | honiton
08/5/2007 15:28 | Hi Honiton. Yes, sorry for ramping!! The INP RNS arrived just now and seems to have sent the share price back up to level for the day. | jonwig
08/5/2007 15:24 | jonwig I think you mentioned VELO to me in the past. shame I didn't buy, but good luck. | honiton |
