His appointment is one of the most exciting recent moves IMO along with the Zentar purchase of shares and now a contract with more to follow. This is a great investment at this level and with a very low Mkt. Cap.

Very interesting the appointment of Mr Ivan Couchman as a director. Notice his expertise:

In addition to his performance improvement and turnaround roles, Mr Couchman has significant experience of pre and post-merger integration and private equity backed management buyouts and divestments.

Insetco plc

("Insetco" or the "Company")

Appointment of a Director

The Company is pleased to advise that Mr Ivan Couchman has been appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Ivan Melvin Couchman

Mr Couchman trained as an accountant with BOC Group plc later moving to become Finance Director of a subsidiary of Unitech plc. During a very successful period with the TNT Group, Mr Couchman made Luton Depot the most profitable in the Roadfreight Group & turned round the International Courier, Parcels & Freight Division from losses to making record profits in 1987. Mr Couchman then joined Bricom plc in 1988 as Managing Director of ANC Holdings (a major subsidiary of the Group) following a £400 million management buyout from British & Commonwealth plc. Following his successful turnaround of the business & the sale of the Bricom Group, he spent time with British Rail - Red Star Parcels as Managing Director to restructure the loss making business & prepare it for Privatisation.

More recently, Mr Couchman's roles include an MBI & turnaround of Hammond Group Holdings plc, Regional Managing Director of Granada Home Technology Group, the largest division of Granada plc, Finance Director Operations for Brakes Bros plc, Group Finance Director for McCambridge Group plc, a pan-european own-label food manufacturer and CFO Service and Logistics Division with LM Windpower Group, the largest global producer of wind turbine blades.

Loverat I don't think it will drop that far but I do accept that it will probably fall back a bit more. There are more spikes coming here as news is in the pipeline.

I think the recent director Mr Ivan Couchman was brought in to turn the company around. He is a turnaround specialist and is credited to turning TNT around from the brink of ruin.

Also Julian Seidman has stepped down from the board.

Zentar Securities Ltd has reinvested on the 16th October buying 110m shares. They had sold all their shares in September so what prompted them to reinvest more shares only a month later? Then we get the first contract as the RNS states above?

Although this first order is a fraction of what people thought hence the massive rise it is however the first positive contract and together with the appointment of Couchman and the investment by Zentar means that they are turning this company around.

What I am interested in as an investor is the trend reversal and growth in the future before these massive spikes come along. I think a steady rising trend will establish itself from here and 0.008 was the bottom.

89% of shares are in Institutional Investors hands so there is little being traded in the market. There are some big holders I have 10m and I noticed at the dip on Friday another buyer getting 2m chunks so support could be maintained at 0.13

I am not ramping, this is risky and I could be wrong JakNife is correct to point the flaws out and they are indeed real. IMO DYOR

View Thread (4)Dear allThu 14:10Spoke to Mr Couchman this morning ,

The $300,000 is broken in 20 quarterly figure , meaning $15k for quarterlyeaning a contract worth $60k per year upto 5 years making it total $300,000.

Also note the other 1% cost goes on other cost to run business side that not been counted and cannot be taken into consideration.

Pls also be advised that this is one of many contracts that will be coming up and there will advise as to the RNS.

I hope everyone now understands the full RNS of yesterday .

I will be holding on these shares for many more contract this company will be closing.

Regards

The sentiment reversed when a poster on LSE wrote a clarification from the boss of INC on the RNS. Your'e on the wrong board. I made a tidy sum because whatever the case for this company, a post like that would affect this small share... and it did.

View Thread (2)Take a screenshot of your chart and Kensington's post. Next time anyone tells you that bulletin board posts don't affect share prices you can show them that drop. i always roll my eyes when people say that to abstain from the responsibilities of their posts...

Boys and girls, if you decide to take profit, consider investing small part of it in OXS. Oxus Gold is awaiting arbitration result. News expected in 2014. Risk is high, but reward can be huge. Always dyor /mm.
