                      Signing of new development contract

Innovision Research and Technology ("Innovision R&T"), the electronics
technology solutions provider, announces the signing of a significant new
development contract with one of the leading European manufacturers of
telecommunications equipment for Datalabel, its radio frequency identification
("RFID") tag solution.

This new development agreement is the first DatalabelTM project in the telecoms
arena and represents a significant step in introducing Innovision R&T's RFID tag
solutions into another major market sector. The application, which is
confidential, could ultimately involve the deployment of many millions of tags
per annum.

As with all of the current Datalabel consumer projects, the combination of
security and increased functionality at an incredibly low unit cost, provides a
compelling case for the incorporation of RFID technology into a wide variety of
new and existing products.
