    Management Changes

    Following the announcement on 27th June 2008 that co-founder Marc Borrett intended to leave the Company, Innovision R&T now confirms
Marc Borrett's resignation as Director with effect from 8th August 2008.

    Innovision R&T is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Stephen Morris who will join as CTO commencing August 18th 2008.  Steve has
a wide range of experience of systems and complex mixed-signal IC design gained from senior positions within UK and US based organisations.
He is a visiting Professor at the University of Westminster, has authored nearly 30 scientific papers and contributed to several books on IC
design and data converters. He is a Fellow of the IEE.
