Innovision Research & Technology plc ("Company")
                              Directorate Changes

Further to Broadcom International Limited's announcement of 13 July 2010 stating
that it declared its recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be
issued ordinary share capital of the Company to be wholly unconditional and the
announcement of 16 July 2010 that the Company's ordinary shares would be
cancelled from trading on from AIM on 13 August 2010, the Company now announces
the resignations of David Wollen, Brian McKenzie, and Steve Morris as directors
with effect from 23 July 2010. David Wollen has also resigned as an employee of
the Company.

David Wollen took over as CEO of the Company in 2006, joining from Renesas
Technology Europe where he was a Board member and also headed up the Mobile and
Smartcard businesses, amongst others. He has represented Innovision on the
Boards of the NFC Forum and the NMI.

David Wollen said:

"I am very proud of what we have achieved at Innovision, a global customer base
second to none, the respect of colleagues in the semiconductor and NFC/RFID
industries and a reputation in the City for delivering what we said."

"However, what has been most satisfying is building up and working with a
world-class and well-respected team of IC and systems engineers. I am very
happy that this great team will go on to develop even better NFC innovations in
the hands of a prestigious organisation like Broadcom, which is renowned for its
communications technology and has shown great commitment to moving forward in
NFC."
