The Company received notification today that Dr Ian Buckley-Golder, a director
of the Company, acquired 5,750 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 34.25pence per share. The acquisition was made on 27
September 2007 and takes Dr Buckley-Golder's holding to 10,750 Ordinary Shares
in the Company which equates to approximately 0.02 per cent of the total voting
rights in the Company.
