The Company received notification today that, Dr Ian Buckley-Golder, a director
of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 46.2 pence per share. The acquisition was made on 26
February 2007 and equates to approximately 0.01 per cent. of the total voting
rights in the Company. Dr Buckley-Golder currently holds no other Ordinary
Shares.
