                            Purchase of own shares 
 
On Friday 8 October 2010, the Company purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 
penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at 20p per share. The purchased shares will all 
be held as treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.64 per cent. of 
Innovise's current issued ordinary share capital. 
 
Innovise's share capital consists of 39,150,702 Ordinary Shares with voting 
rights. Following the above purchase, Innovise holds 250,000 Ordinary Shares as 
treasury shares, therefore the total number of voting rights in Innovise is 
38,900,702. 
 
The above figure of 38,900,702 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to 
notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, Innovise under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
