                           Directors' shareholdings 
 
The Company was informed on 7 June 2011 that, on the same day, Mike Taylor, a 
director of the Company, transferred 667,504 ordinary shares held by him to his 
SIPP at a price of 20.5p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 8,984,534 ordinary shares, representing approximately 22.5 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in 
treasury). 
 
The Company was also informed on 7 June 2011 that, on the same day, Joe 
McKenna, a director of the Company, transferred 71,790 ordinary shares held by 
him to his SIPP at a price of 19p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr McKenna's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 4,166,667 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.4 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in 
treasury).
