Corporate Update
As previously announced on 23 June 2014, the Board intends to wind-up the Company and distribute available cash to shareholders. The Board currently anticipates that it should be in a position to announce detailed proposals in September, to be considered at this year's Annual General Meeting, which is now expected to be held in October. A further announcement will be made in due course.
