trading well under NAV tho, nearly half NAV. will they get a $ boost on US revaluations too?

Director buying and starting to breakout.

I'm long by the way.

Thanks for the comments.

CR - Opening this thread was on my list for "Things to do Today"!

Divi for the current year is f/c as 3.15p; so at 37 the yield = 8.5%.

Not massively keen on the US exposure, still IGRE is my largest holding & I expect short-term progress to 42p, reducing the yield to 7.5% & the NAV discount from the current 40.3% back to 32%.

Anybody follow these or know more about ING Global Real Estate?

There has been very high volume lately - one million size trades. Over 4m shares traded on April 2 (4%) - that's the highest day's volume that there's been since it listed.

As a closed end investment co the directors are deemed to have fully notified the market with each daily net asset value statement I believe, so it's allowed for directors to buy shares at any time.

Recently a directors wife bought 100K shares with the results due on April 13th, something an ordinary company couldn't do as they would be in the closed period.

With a 12% yield that looks kind of interesting to me, especially with the chart just turning up.

Seems to be around 62p of assets per share on offer @ 37p with a 12% yield if maintained.

I've started this thread so there's somewhere to discuss this co when the results come out on April 13th, if they are of interest.
