31/1/2022 08:40 | Thanks. They seem to be happy with collections at 85% for 1st quarter of 22. | battlebus2
30/1/2022 20:53 | battlebus thx for spotting that - looking at too many RNS's and getting me notes mixed up between companies when i posted. Now corrected to 85% although less than previous qtrs but as I say presumably the rest will follow on monthlies. Others do publish that although they often have lower collection rates at qtr start so have to flatter the numbers. | nickrl
30/1/2022 18:47 | Where do you get that 74% from? | battlebus2
28/1/2022 12:11 | Mr mkt not that impressed although this one trades on a premium currently and probably not got the allure of logistics so not so sure NAV increase will be as high as we've seen from others this week come next results. Also rent paid this qtr is 85% but another one that perhaps has rest on monthlies and failed to mention that. Sounds like they are getting solicitors lined up to pursue non payers from 31/3/22 although whether the govt chucks another curved ball in remains to be seen as Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Bill stlll hasn't got royal assent yet. | nickrl
20/1/2022 08:23 | XD this morning for 3.375p, not long to wait for it either, pay day is 11/2 | cwa1
18/1/2022 08:00 | The Hive operating platform sounds interesting I suspect this is where tenants can access their accounts and all relevant documents very simply themselves. They do seem a very savvy outfit. | playful
17/12/2021 13:55 | We are now above £2! Amazing YTD return from a simple REIT | playful
03/11/2021 15:23 | thanks for starting this CWA1. I was alerted to this through AJ Bell's magazine last year .Ticked a lot of my boxes, and very glad i bought in at £1.38.One of those shares i like - goes under the radar and just progresses steadily but surely (hope that hasn't put the kiss of death on it!) | harry the haddock
29/10/2021 09:20 | MLI Q2 trading update has no NAV update like some others but now predominantly industrial following its various disposals. Is still recycling sales cash into picking up industrial estates at NIY of 6.5-7% which seems good given how heated this sector is although they are more down the smaller unit end so perhaps not as useful for logistics/online. Yield not great at 3.6% and divi already reported to stay unchanged in FY22 and as trading on a hefty premium not sure there is much more to be had here but ought to be steady income with at least inflationary boost and a bit more if they can carry on with this level of performance every qtr. Directors have a generous share bonus scheme which will payout for sure as the disposal objectives have been met always puts me off these sort of propcos (MCKS another one). | nickrl
29/10/2021 09:04 | Let's start things off with today's update:- "This has been another strong period of rental growth across the MLI portfolio, resulting in a fourth successive quarter of 20%+ average rental uplifts at renewal or upon reletting. This growth continues to be driven by a combination of strong tenant demand and a lack of available product in the market, leading to customers competing for space when good quality units become available. Occupancy levels remain strong and the underlying estimated rental levels are currently showing an underlying growth rate of 6.5% year on year. | cwa1
29/10/2021 08:59 | This is the formerly Stenprop that changed it's name to Industrials REIT Trading Update:- | cwa1 |
