Further to the offer announcement on 21 July 2011 regarding the above transaction, the Board of Indian Energy wishes to clarify that the Court Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 5 September 2011 and not 2 September 2011 as notified in the 21 July announcement.
