INCA motoring 112-113p results in September

Not much news at the minute and can't find out when the next report is due out but there was trading update in August last year.

Stock has came back quite a bit so may be a good time to get in. The auto market is flying globally. Pretty confident their revenue is growing well, just need the profit growth to match.

Company has cash and is expanding in the right areas with a good bunch of blue chip customers so i will be holding on to mine.

Sparkymoc.. Well spotted. On my first reading of the results, I missed that point. Then (in hindsight) after the shares initially rising on results day, they fell back by 10pct around about the time the presentation to analysts finished around 11pm. I then check MorningStar a couple of days later and see that to broker s have downgraded earning on the same day as results came out, presumably following the analysts presentation where the cash burn and higher expenditure was discussed, and interestingly revenue forecasts were not downgraded, only profits. Hence it's not an issue of top line growth, but rather costs or expenditure growing faster than revenues. Shouldn't matter in the medium long terms since the management have shown themselves to be good at growing the business, but the city does get spooked by lowered earnings...

As a holder, it was a great announcement but the obvious fly in the ointment is the burning cash quicker than planned part, usually means a placing to fund expansion. Not a bad thing considering the growth but can spook the markets occasionally.

I remain a holder considering the growth!

Took 15 mins to read full statement. Was well worth it. Wish all my portfolio had this much growth in profits and potential. Should be blue today with the divi announced. Good strong results.
