This will drop be back to the pennies over the coming weeks. So now even more to lose than before. Target of 9-10p short term, market cap still to large even at 10p imo.

Still dont understand the atmosphere here, this company is still running and surviving even though the Uk is in real hard times! even managing to get investors to put in money! never seen clowns do that before! looks like the directors of this company have sacrificed a lot too as the previous announcement seems to suggest they worked for very little for quite a long time! i think thats quite commendable.

7th Aug... .as a matter of interest yester In House Group plc recorded fifteen buying trades The share price traded Up the profit curve from 0.02p to 0.025p trade on.

Im still struggling to understand here! i thought property market was all about weather the storm, batten down the hatchets, and survive until market picks up. Ive seen a few companies much bigger than this one near to me in Birmingham go bust and it seems that this one, irrespective of what people say, is still fighting their corner. They have income and have sorted out their problems it seems and now keep their heads down until market picks up.

...At least its still trading and if the housing market continues to improve who knows we may be eating our words .... but there are few companies still trading who are so dead in the water as this....
