                           Listing of Ordinary Shares

Further to the announcement of 26 October 2007, In Cup Plus plc ("In Cup" or the
"Company") announces that application for the admission to trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange has been made for the remaining 5,000,000
Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing.

It is expected that dealing in the 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, which will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence at
8.00 a.m. on 7 November 2007. The total number of shares in issue following this
admission will be 186,501,745.
