                               Change of adviser

Further to the announcement of 29 June 2007, the Directors of In Cup Plus have
been informed by Pacific Continental Securities (UK) Limited that they are no
longer able to act as broker to the Company. The Board are currently in
discussions with a view to appointing a new broker as soon as possible and will
make a further announcement to shareholders when appropriate.
