Following the amendments passed at the Company's AGM of 05 December 2003 the
directors under the amended rules of the IMS Maxims Plc Executive Share Option
Scheme surrendered all options that had been granted under the scheme prior to
the passing of the amendments at the AGM and were granted the following options
on 22 December 2003 under the amended rules of the scheme.
