IMS MAXIMS plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr Stephen Casey,
34, as Financial Director with immediate effect.

Mr Casey has served as Financial Controller and Company Secretary since March
2002.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr Casey held worked in Dublin as Financial
Controller for two US technology companies.  Mr Casey holds a BA from Dublin
University and a MBA from University College, Dublin. He is also a member of the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Taxation in
Ireland.

currently a director or partner, or has been at any time in the previous five
