The Company's name has changed to Lagan Capital plc.
The Company's ISIN will remain as GB00B3KKWM62 and the EPIC will change
to LGN with effect from 8:00 a.m. 12 June 2009, to reflect the Company's new
name.
Change of web site address:
The Company's new website address is www.lagancapital.com.
Change of accounting reference date:
The Company has changed its accounting reference date to 30 June with immediate
effect. The results for the 15 month period to 30 June 2009 will be announced by
the end of September 2009 and will include the effect of the Disposal.
