Impax Asian Environmental Markets plc announces that as at the close of business on 15 November 2011 its unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per ordinary share ("Share") was as follows:

Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid price basis.

No dilution to NAV has been made for the outstanding subscription shares in issue as the NAV per Share (excluding current financial year revenue items) is below the subscription price of 100.0p per Share.

No adjustment for dilution to the above NAV has been made in respect of any Shares held in treasury as the Company's presently stated policy is that treasury shares will not be sold at less than NAV.

The Company's Shares have gone ex-dividend and the dividend of 0.95p per Share has therefore been deducted in the above NAV calculations.
