                     Cancellation and Re-Issue of Options 
 
Impact Holdings (UK) plc (AIM: IHUK) announces that on 10th January 2014 it 
cancelled a total of 125,000 options (the "Cancelled Options") over the 
Company's Ordinary Shares which had previously been granted to Roger Barlow, 
Paul Davies, Stuart Burn and David Hughes. The Company subsequently granted 
125,000 Replacement options and 130,000 New options (the "Collective New 
Options") under the Executive Share Option Plan to Roger Barlow, Paul Davies 
and Stuart Burn. 
 
The Collective New Options have been granted on primarily the same terms as the 
Cancelled Options therefore they have been granted with an exercise price of 
58p per share and are exercisable at any time within a ten year period from 1st 
April 2014. 
 
Following the grant, the interests of these Directors in options are as 
follows:
