you will dump anytime and then vanish from the thread like you did at

Ha Ha, the company has closed its subsidary in Nanjing.

'If the Company closes its subsidiary in Nanjing prior to April 2009 then it does not have an obligation to complete the investment'.

the Company has significantly reduced its cost structure with the closure of the Singapore sales office, China manufacturing facility and streamlined headcount at its Melbourne R&D centre. Immersion will keep a prototype facility in China to service its client's prototype and pre-production samples.

These guys have a further $650k commitment to pay by April just to stay in Nanjing:

7 COMMITMENTS

The Company has a commitment to make an equity investment of US$1,500,000 into its Chinese subsidiary, Immersion Technology (Nanjing) Co. Limited, by the end of April 2009. This commitment is required by rules for establishing a Foreign Controlled Company in Nanjing, China. If the Company closes its subsidiary in Nanjing prior to April 2009 then it does not have an obligation to complete the investment. However the Company expects to complete the commitment in stages over the 2008 year, although precise dates are not yet determined. As at the date of publishing the financial statements the Company has invested US$850,000
(US$550,000 as at 30 June 2007) and therefore is expected to have a further commitment of US$650,000 to be made over the next 12 months.

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

I don't think the 500K at 0.30p was a retail buyer as it cost you 0.35p for just 150K yesterday and also that 707k buy came through at 0.35p too. Maybe one of the holders i.e the likes of CIM are averaging down having participated in the 1p placings in the summer.

I dont know how they got those at 0.3p

Ive had 3 orders rejected for 250k, 1 at 0.3, 1 at 0.35 and last one just failed at 0.37

I dont think the 1000000 was a sell, i think a buy..same as yesterdays=2,000,000:)

0.20-0.30p, L2 is 1 v 1, looks like Pilly might be right about the 2 million buy at 0.40p having seen the 707k come through at 0.35p at close yesterday.

Because, i had nothing to post..I was just waiting for confirmation of the bottom, then have been buying in again since 0.5p.

ITI s technology is excellent, they are already with Alpine, i think some sort of resoloution with nakamichi will be forthcoming and also new contracts will be announced.

If we get lucky ITI could easily be sat back at 3p plus...
