Remove the cash and company now costs just £500,000.

My view is that if we get profits higher enough for the share options to be handed out this stock will rocket.

Also very keen on new direction the company is going.

IME is one of my ten for 2012

Reason

Cash on the books £600,000

Options only given if they make £200,000 to £300,000 in the year just ended 31/12/11

Market cap £900,0000

So in effect you are buying the company for £300,000 and on that they may have made around the same amount for a real pe of 1

Chairman goes to great lenghts in 2010 accounts to tell shareholders their top job is to get the shares moving up.

This kind of valuation will in my view not last, for one can buy in for very, very, cheap growth.

Also see the new person taken on last year and more to the point what she does and where she came from.

One of smallest caps on AIM - £300k

Assets = circa £900k

Loss fell by 80%, remove the cash and buy the company for 600k.

The outlook is good, and i am looking for 250k in the 2nd half.

Look at the share options.

Me thinks this one million pound company is on the move.

Results due within the month , and a look at the directors options, show that a profit is required for them to get a payout.

Growth from a tiny base is what we require.
