Immedia Group Plc ("the Company") (AIM: IME) is pleased to confirm that, further to our announcement on 21 May 2019, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been despatched to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available to view on the Company's website at www.immediaplc.com.
