15/8/2013 22:23 | Directors Dealing Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME), which provides bespoke digital networks, music strategies and brand conversation, announces that following notification received yesterday, the Company's Chairman, Geoff Howard-Spink, sold 413,080 ordinary shares from his personal share portfolio at a price of 7.50 pence per share and repurchased 413,080 ordinary shares for his SIPP at a price of 7.51 pence per share on 12 August 2013. There has been no change to his aggregate shareholding which remains at 413,080 ordinary shares or 2.84% of the issued share capital. .....interesting to see the chairman move his stock to a place which may shelter any capital gains (sipp)..here's hoping for some gains! on top of that a nice tick upwards on reasonable volume. not bad on a grim day for the wider market. | yamba | |

30/7/2013 08:44 | i agree. my hope is that by attacking the cost base whilst at the same time growing the client list, the financials will continue to improve. the share price is ridiculously low if they can manage this over the medium term. They have a pretty unique offering, a well connected and creative CEO and an attractive client rosta where both they and their services are well embbeded. all of this for an EV of £600k, the price of a small house in Newbury where they are based? Must make sense for a consolidator to have a look especially as they can strip out the cost of the AIM listing. | yamba | |
