New shares will hopefully hit the market next Tuesday 15th September if passed. Cant quite see why not. Something still bubbling on in the background here but cant trace it down. Audioboom will still be my favourite to make a sneaky bid for us.

Hi balcony!

I'd seen my 5/2019 23.2p's sink right down to the 8p level, but managed to sell today for 29.72p..... amazing, it was.

I wonder if perhaps how much of the rise might have been due to shorters having sold the stock down and having to buy on an unexpected rise?

That was announced on 18th June. We are now a month further down the line and no new news from the company. Just seems strange that today, we have seen a large increase in share volume. Someone is in the know..........................

The Group has taken advantage of Government furlough measures where it can, and as we highlighted in the last update the business has cut costs to conserve cash.

Immedia has cash reserves, and plans in place to manage these resources, although the Directors are considering raising extra funding from a variety of sources.

As far as i am aware, and this is not rocket science, most cash calls must come at a discounted rate to encourage the buying of the stock. The ones that i have been involved with, usually come at a 25% to 30% discount on the current stock price. Would not be surprised if this offer was only open to institutions etc. and not us. I could be wrong of course. Whatever the next 6 months bring, i can certainly delay my retirement!!!!!

The prospect of being in need of funding will depress the sp, and how much of a discount will they be forced to accept for fresh funds. Soon see this at 5-7p imo, as it is also going to take some time to recover I expect.

It is better than that in my opinion - the in store radio station can constantly advise/remind shoppers about the stores' COVID-19 rules.

bad news already priced in?covid 19 is coming to an end now and things will be returning to normal again.could be scope for a nice uplift as things rebound.

Surprised the market hasn't taken advantage of this RNS, they normally do.
