You missed the options granted to Ken Pratt, 2million in all. Now the interesting thing is;

"The options cannot be exercised for a minimum period of 3 years or before
Imagesound's mid-market share price is at or above 15p."

I wonder if the same terms apply to the options granted to Derek Mapp? In any event the clause mentioned above is one of the few cases where I agree with the granting of options.

2.4p eps forecast for the year starting Jan 1 - that has to be 100% undervalued at the very least surely.

"Imagesound today announces that it has been notified that on the 30 May 2006, Ken Pratt, Finance Director of Imagesound plc, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at 9.65 pence per ordinary share. Following this acquisition, Mr. Pratt has a beneficial interest in the Company of 500,000 shares which represents 0.79% of the Company."

That's after his maiden purchase in April.

30 January:

Derek Mapp, Executive Chairman of Imagesound plc, has been granted options to acquire 625,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at an Exercise Price of 10 pence per share. The options were granted on 25 January 2006. Mr. Mapp has a beneficial interest in the Company of 8,005,114 shares, which represents 13.3% of the Company. No amount was paid for the granting of the options.

Thats after he bought 3m around this level last Sep-Oct.

AGM Trading Statement


Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD.L), the UK's leading listed supplier of in-store music, radio and TV services to the branded retail and leisure sectors, is holding its Annual General Meeting today at 11.00 a.m on the 19th June 2006. at Venture Way, Dunston Technology Park, Chesterfield. Chairman, Derek Mapp, made the following statement about current trading.

"Following the completion of the restructuring actions last year, I am pleased to report that the company has started the current financial year in much better shape and trading is currently ahead of expectations.

"We have continued to make good progress in our core business, with further roll-outs to additional sites for existing customers and new business gains including Mackays, the clothing, lingerie and homewares retailer, and the Morgan Hotel Group, which includes the Sanderson and St Martin's Lane hotels in London 's West End.

"We have a growing number of new audio and audio visual pilots underway and in the pipeline, with both retail and leisure chains and we hope to be able to announce further customer wins as the year progresses. As importantly, we have also renewed a number of important contracts in the period, with both the Wickes and Wilkinsons DIY chains and Rosebys, the home furnishings retailer, signing up to new three year supply arrangements.

"The acquisition of MusicStyling.com, the leading provider of bespoke music content to the luxury hotel, spa and resort industry worldwide, was completed in May. This acquisition gives Imagesound a strong position at the premium end of the leisure industry from which to build, and in the first month of ownership we have already seen positive progress. In addition to adding many new Hyatt and Marriott properties to our client list, we have also secured the contract to supply the W Hotels brand.

"Whilst it remains early in the financial year, the group's strong pipeline of new business opportunities give the Board confidence that Imagesound will make progress in the coming year."

EVO swithched off I think, caused the offer to go up then back down but the rise on the bid to 10p is a genuine mark up by Merill Lynch

Can anybody confirm that we normally have five market makers with this stock as my L2 is only showing four. If somebody has pulled out as MM I wonder if it will be temp. or for good and why?

Offer has just ticked up 0.5p - perhaps the stock that is about is clearing - might be something be hind the buying today too perhaps?

I topped up twice this morning..20k @ 10.25 and 20k @ 10. I think there is still a fair amount of stock around, my second buy was a limit at 10 and went straight through. Lets hope interims are as good as expected and indicate a turnaround in business.

Well results in about 4 weeks, perhaps sooner.

Don't know whether the rush will come before the results or on the results but you have to think a fwd PE of 4 has to get bought up big time, especially when they say they are ahead and the new FD has been loading up with 500K at around this level.

This actually reminds me more of SMC. I bought those at 43p, the lowest the share ever reaced (dead lucky timing). Not a soul was interested, the chart had bobbled along and the fwd PE was 4 just like ISD. Within 6 months the price had risen 200% as the punters realised 100% growth on a PE of 4 is a nonsense. I bet most haven't even seen the Collins Stewart recent note forecasting 2.4p.

Just looking forward to see this stock make some more progress over the next few months. Investors often have a gut feeling about certain stocks and I do with this one. The last time this happened for me, I had just bought into ASOS (ASC) for a little over 6p! Now a repewat of that would be great :-)

I checked with my online broker, Selftrade, and they have confirmed it has gone through. May just take a litle bit of time to show up, CR? The share certificate has arrived at least.

A top up for me too today - picked up another 3K's worth at 10.05p. A decent price and most probably due to mopping up half of the sells this morning.

8.25p up to 10.5p PAV1 - in just above the FD's lowest purchase price of his recent 500K.

Seems to have been a bit of stock about but that's the time to pick up wadgeloads in my book. When the stock clears and all you can buy is 10K without paying a premium it all gets a bit too chasey for me, prefer to load up and just wait for the bees to start hunting my honey as they will inevitably do imo. :-) I'm not far behind the FD's quota :-)
