 The number and percentage of voting rights held through 
  SudKB remains unchanged. The reason for this notification 
  is that the chain of controlled undertakings through 
  which the voting rights are held changed as a result 
  of an internal reorganisation within LBBW Group. Before 
  the reorganisation SudKB was 100% owned by LBBW-SH, 
  which in turn is 100% owned by LBBW. Following the reorganisation, 
  SudKB is now 100% owned by SudBG, also a company fully 
  owned by LBBW. SudKB remains shareholder of Imagelinx. 
  LBBW remains the ultimate owner.
