GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
ILX Group plc (AiM: ILX), announces that additional share options have today been granted to Ken Scott and Jon Pickles in respect of remuneration sacrificed during the 2010/11 financial year. The options granted are zero cost options over the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each, and have been calculated using the 26.5p price at which Octopus invested GBP900,000 in November 2010.
Ken Scott sacrificed GBP90,348 during the year and has therefore been granted options over 340,936 shares. Jon Pickles sacrificed GBP24,267 during the year and has therefore been granted options over 91,574 shares.
Following these grants, the Directors have the following shares under option:
