                           Business Energy Tax Credit 
 
 
IdaTech plc ("the Company") today announces that its appeal to the Oregon 
Department of Energy ("the Department") for the re-instatement of the Business 
Energy Tax Credit ('BETC') for 2009 has been unsuccessful.   The Company has 
decided not to pursue the matter further.  As previously stated, the Company has 
already factored this outcome into its business plans and does not expect it to 
create a material change from existing guidance.
