                          IdaTech plc (the "Company") 
 
Expected Admission to AIM of 919,155 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 and Total Voting 
Rights 
 
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 919,155 ordinary shares of 
GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") to trading. These Shares, which will rank 
pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted 
pursuant to the issue of Restricted Stock. 
 
Admission is expected to become effective on 23 April 2010. For the purposes of 
the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total 
number of ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each of IdaTech in issue on the date of 
admission will be 52,324,679 with each share holding one voting right. The above 
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by 
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules.
