ICB Financial Group Holdings AG wishes to advise that independent director Dr 
Kenneth Kwami Kwaku, whose term as member of the Board expires at the 2012 
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, has given his notification that he does 
not wish to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting. 
 
Accordingly, Dr Kenneth Kwami Kwaku shall cease to be a Director of the Company 
after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2012.
