i-design group plc ("i-design") announces that 130,000 new i-design ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share options. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in the New Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 12 March 2013.

Following Admission, i-design will have 14,235,437 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue.

Ian Sunter, Finance Director, is interested in 90,000 of the New Ordinary Shares. Following issue and allotment of these shares, Mr Sunter is interested in 153,591 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
