Re: Offer for i-design group plc,

Offer declared wholly unconditional

Sigma, the property and urban regeneration specialist, notes the announcements issued yesterday by i-design group plc ("i-design") and Cardtronics Creative UK Limited, that the recommended cash offer for i-design of 60p per share has become wholly unconditional, with the level of acceptances at approximately 93.5 per cent. of the existing share capital of i-design, including holdings controlled by Sigma. As previously reported, Sigma's direct and indirect holdings in i-design will generate cash receipts to Sigma of c. GBP0.2m and profit of GBP0.1m.
